Tim Ramsey spent 30 years as a global operating executive at two large publicly traded companies — a Fortune 1000 global technology solution distributor and a Fortune 500 global enterprise recognized on Fortune's World's Most Admired Companies and Best Companies to Work For lists. Operating across Asia, Central America, Europe, North America, and South America, he led the financial and operational systems that allowed complex, multi-entity organizations to scale with discipline, visibility, and accountability.
His work spanned the full spectrum of enterprise finance — FP&A, capital allocation, board reporting, acquisition integration, enterprise resource planning, and strategic divestitures. He led the financial execution of the sale of an international operating division, managing the full divestiture process from valuation and deal structuring through close and post-transaction reporting. He also led the deployment of global consolidation and planning platforms, built driver-based forecasting infrastructure, and implemented automation strategies that produced measurable improvements in free cash flow and operating income.
On the working capital side, he managed large global credit portfolios, redesigned reporting and collections infrastructure, and developed trade credit strategies that turned a traditionally defensive function into a driver of operating performance.
